We all know about the Jewish immigrants that came to Sosua and so escaped the Holocaust. While there are few obvious remnants of it and most visitors to Sosua may not realize it, their stories are a fundamental part of the history of Sosua.

But what were their lives like? What did they do?

In this episode of our history show we explore their lives via a shortfilm that was shot back around 1940. Stored in the Steven Spielberg  Film and Video Library, it is a fascinating insight into the lives of these few that took up new roots in their new homeland.

Enjoy!
